Roast Beef Anyone?

Today we have a WINNING recipe for you so that you can be FIT FOR DUTY and FIT FOR LIFE!

How about a meal for you and the family of 6 with each serving packed with a complete Lean protein and green meal baby!

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef roast
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
4 cups thinly sliced white mushrooms
1 cup chopped celery
3 cups green beans
1 cup diced scallions
2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tsp ground mustard seed
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
First, trim all visible fat from the roast, and salt and pepper both sides of the roast.
Place the beef in the crockpot.
Add the remaining ingredients to the crockpot.
Cover, and cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
