Frederick Frazier, Chairman. Frederick is a 21-year veteran with the Dallas Police Department and is currently Chairman of The Assist the Officer Foundation (ATO). Outside of his full time position with the police department, Frederick dedicates his time in helping ATO with their day to day operations, fundraising, marketing and networking to increase public awareness of the organization. As an experienced officer, he has witnessed first-hand the dangers that surround his co-workers. His message to the community focuses on how ATO symbolizes the appreciation for every officer’s dedicated service and commitment to the safety of citizens. Frederick is also the 1st Vice President of the Dallas Police Association, providing leadership, and assistance in labor related issues to his members.
