Oatmeal Pancake | Fit First Responders

Our very own Emily Ebady-Nezami brings us a delicious recipe for a Post Workout breakfast with 20 grams of protein.

Ingredients:

2 egg whites
1/2 cup 100% whole grain oats
Cinnamon to taste

2 tablespoons crunchy natural peanut butter
Drizzle of syrup or honey

Directions:

Stir together the egg whites and oats.

Cook in a skillet or griddle just like you would a pancake.

Top with the peanut butter and drizzle the honey or syrup over.
