First day back in over a year!! Thank you Coach Miguel Wickert for kickin my butt today, the warm welcome and the help with nutrition! Thank you Jonathan Conneely and Isaac Cervantes, Marcus King, and everyone else (who’s names I didn’t get and I’m sorry!)…..for the warm welcome and motivation! I was nervous coming in again….more so not looking forward to the hard work because of the pain and my big butt getting out of breath ?…. but you all took the edge of for me and it was a very pleasant experience! Can’t wait to see y’all tomorrow!! ?????
