  • STAR JUMP
  • MAX ROUNDS IN 5 MINUTES

RED FRIDAY CIRCUIT

* 3 ROUNDS of :40 sec each exercise

  • JUMP ROPE
  • MOUTAIN CLIMBERS
  • HAND RELEASED PUSH UP
  • FROG JUMP
  • SPEED BURPEE

FINISHER

  • INDIAN RUN x 3*
